Is My Ex-GF just suffering from Depression? Is that why she left me?

My girlfriend recently left me and moved out of our apartment and said she loves me and

want's to be with me but is just confused about herself and who she is and sometimes

she'll say stuff like "I hate myself" or "I'm worthless" or "I'm not good at anything"...

 

Could she just be suffering from depression?

Yes, she is likely depressed. If she gets treatment and starts feeling better, she may come back to you, or she may leave some rubber on the road getting away from you. It's impossible to know which.

I copped this same crap myself recently. I have offered her he world and more this past year and even more when she decided to leave. If she wants to do the leaving then fine, but i will leave the door open to go or come back.

 

Love aint meant to be easy.....

 

I just find it puzzling that someone can say that the best thing for them is to be alone when there is someone that is willing to sacrifice to make them better and more alive - even to heir own detriment in the short term..

 

What are they thinking???

you can't do anything, leave her alone. For as much joy we get in love, we also have to deal with its greif.

 

Don't waste your time thinking she's gonna come back to you, you will only set yourself up for mindless suffering.
