Mark2134
So me and my LD girlfriend broke up exactly 2 months ago. She ended it, or rather 'wanted a break and space'. We went without talking for about 1 month. Then this past month we started talking again, and in the last 2 weeks we have talked pretty much everyday, just as we used to. We've talked about the relationship and had it all out, and now it seems all good... and she admitted the other day she still had feelings for me after an in depth conversation. I have the possibility of seeing her in about 1 month due to me being in her area for work, and she has been excited about going to dinner. I don't want to get my hopes up for getting back with her, but I can't find a good way to ask if we should, is it best to see her again first before saying anything? Thanks
Enchanted Girl
It's probably best to ask about it before you visit her. You don't want to ruin the trip, just in case she says no. Why did you guys break-up in the first place?
Author Mark2134
We broke up because we had been having some petty arguments, and she said she had reached h er boiling point and wanted a break. We also had a bad visit, where she lied to her parents about where I was staying and they punished her, and for her it all became a bit too intense and she wanted a breather. I told her I understood and gave her space. Since we've been talking again, she's never mentioned that we are definitely over, nor has she said about getting back together. That is why I feel it is my job...I actually spoke to her the other night and I was a bit drunk, and I said that if I saw her she better not try and kiss me and take advantage (as a joke of course) and she responded with something like 'Oh yea because the first thing I'm going to do when I see you is kiss you haha'... How am I to test the waters about getting back together? I don't want to freak her out or make her think that I really want to..?
TMichaels
Mark2134, Any reason why you changed your ID and posted the exact same question in this thread as you did in your original one? Best, TMichaels
