I got a call from my lawyer today wanting to go over credit card bill, stbx is pissed the charges were 1100 june and july, he gives me 200 a week and i use the credit card for gas, walmart and sometimes food, I take my 6 yr old out all the time its what we did when were were together with or with out ex we did it. mostly without, he isnt a good father, only plays with son when he knows someone is watching, guess parenthood got old fast for him. anyway, so were going over the charges martket, yes walmart, yes. atlantic city in june? um no. she says well theres 2 tickets for ac. no hotel but i know he pays cash for the hotel. I was so pissed. those charges are his and he is trying to say there mine. the credit cards have the same number on them. funny thing we used to go there every year, in the end he hated casinos, i enjoyed them, and to take gf there nice, and just this morning he said no more amusement parks for son, we went to a few already and i guess hes tired of paying for them, yet its ok to take gf on vac. piece of ****. I am hoping i can get the name off the ticket, i am going for the adultry, he stands to lose alot if i can prove it, he is supose to turn over phone records but my attn said he only turned over the bill, hes afraid cause he is always texting. I believe my attn has to talk to the judge to get permission to get them if he dont submit them.
