Feelin Frisky
I have heard this quite a few times. They also say the contrast is a big turn on. Right. If one can't see it all in a glance, one is drawn to WANT to explore, especially when there's T and A and P framing the issue.
denise_xo
I'm white European and have dated men from the Middle East, Africa and North America in addition to Europeans. My most wipe-me-off-my-feet-awe-stricken experience to date was a Persian (absolutely gorgeous physcially, with a personality to match). I am attracted to contrast, but IME cultural differences can also be quite challenging within the framework of a LTR (but definitely what makes it fun and interesting as well). yamanbt
First off, I want to deal with the question of whether race exists... The racial classifications that are followed today were originally made up by Carl Von Linne and Johann Blumenbach. Furthermore, the meaning of race, and the classifications thereof have changed (at least in America) countless times based on what was convenient for the elites at the time. The "white" race has been constantly expanded through time for this reason, and many people who consider themselves "white" or "caucasian" now wouldn't have been considered to be that centuries ago. This doesn't mean that groups can't be distinguished visibly, but the classification system set forth by Europeans has proven to be suspect. However, this system is the basis for the social reality in which we live. Therefore, I will answer the topic of the thread using society's agreed upon terms: I have dated Black, White, and Latina. I have always been pretty open-minded. Having preferences is a good thing, because you know what you want. However, I always question people when they refuse to consider dating anyone outside of ONE particular ethnic group, whether it be their own or another. To me, that is shutting off a world of great potential matches.
jean-luc sisko
I pity people who look down on interracial dating. Somebody's race doesn't affect their personality or character, so what difference does it make? I would date any race in a heartbeat, but I like Indian (from India) women most of all, they just ooze sexiness. In dating and general life terms, the only race I care about is the Formula One kind. aerogurl87
I've got a thing for all races as long as they look good. But usually I go for white guys and my boyfriend's white. I'm black by the way.
Not the love ace
I'm seriously attracted to women of all races. Race is not an issue for me point blank. For me, I'm more attracted to the physicality of a lady.
T.O. John
I am an eighteen year old woman (girl, i guess <_<) who is very attracted to Asian men. Asian guys my age seem to be very into their image, and don't want to date outside their race.. I wish I knew why I'm so attracted to them! Maybe it's because I haven't had much luck with them, or I think it'd be a prize to have one on my arm. Anyway, I'm not having any luck with it. Anyone here have a big thing for women/men of a particular race? I hear ya. Im the same way. Im really attracted to white women. Im attracted to women of other races also, but white women more than anyone else. I also wonder why Im into them so much. It's ironic for me because Im really pro-black too (not racist, just pro-black). But yeah I've been into them my whole life, and I don't have any luck with them. Isn't life a b****, when it's so hard to attract the people that you want to?
GooseChaser
Everyone has preferences in who they are attracted to, and maybe you just haven't met the right one yet. There are people out there who would consider dating outside of their race. Keep trying, if that is what you want! Good luck.
