my wife left on 6/25/10 as of now theres nothing i can do or say to get her to come home, school starts next week and i still have no idea where the kids are going to school,my wife will not go to marriage counseling. but yet she doesnt want to get the lawyers involved yet,i have told my wife there is nothing i wont try, to try and right the ship,,i dont know what else to say,i tell her no more lip service ,time for tangible actions, btw i have started individual therapy and i actually enjoy it,we have three girls and i beleive that WE should leave no stone unturned to save this marriage,ie no abuse at all no cheating at all,just the dumdrums of drifting apart on both sides because of raising kids,money issues,and the everyday norms of marriage,basically we stopped communicating positively.. i beleive my wife loves me and i know i love her ,but were getting no where,so my question is where do i draw the line and say fine have it your way,,thanks in advance

Did she perhaps tell you that she loves you but not IN love with you?

 

I would start preparing for the worst scenario, meaning divorce, as I assume you don't want that. But it's time for you to start taking control. Contact a lawyer anyway, you need to know your options, check if she can just take the kids and eroll them in different school than where the were going.

You want to establish, legally if necessary your parental rights. Because, lets pretend there is another man involved, it could get real ugly and you want to be well positioned. You have as much right to your children as she does.

 

Post more details, just leaving for average family arguments is rather unusual. Is she employed?

If she left you and refuses to come back home then you have no choice but to contact a divorce lawyer and move on.
