x66thousandMPH
Im 18. And only 120lbs.. my boobs are a 34D and GROSS like way fail the pencil test (put a pencil under the crease and if it stays you fail). I know girls my age who have DD and are perky. Im not even close to perky or just so-so. im TERRIBLE. i dont know what to do... I want to get surgery... I think. If i was to get surgery id want to just get some firmness, fullness, and lift back. Nothing drastic. I just want to be as pretty with out a bra as I am with one on.
just_some_guy
Honey, I'm absolutely certain that you already ARE. Boobs are boobs, they come in all sizes and shapes. Just accept yourself, be happy and confident. Dime to donuts, there ain't a fella out there who will say any different than I just did.
xpaperxcutx
Sweetie, I would not waste money on a breast reduction so much as pay to get breasts that big. Honestly since you're young it's not that noticeable to sag if you just take care of them a bit. Wear bras that lift them and massage them. You can always add chest exercises into the mix to lift and perk them right up. You can always save your money for future surgeries when they truly do sag ( and that probably won't be until you're in your late 40s or so).
JustJoe
OP, some sag is a very good thing, it means that you've got a decent top shelf. Don't worry about it, I'm sure they look great!
carhill
OP, the friend in my journals was built like you (5'2" 110 and 32D's) and she had hers reduced after having her two children in her twenties. IIRC, she was about 29 when she had the procedure done. Back in those years, surgical procedures weren't as advanced and it was more likely to lose the ability to nurse after a reduction than it is now. Her comment to me after was 'finally, men look me in the eyes when they talk to me instead of talking to my chest'. Lastly, remember that we all change as we grow older, so no panacea. She's now closing in on 50, has gained some weight and proportionate breast size and they do naturally sag. The good news is that's human, just like what you're seeing in the mirror. Up to you what you want to do. Hope my little anecdote helped

Id actually probably want a small implant to get lift and the firmness... I really look like i am in my late 40's seriously.. I lost 40lbs. and was previously a gymnast then when i stopped i gained weight and then lost it all very fast. so now they are all gross and its depressing.

Give your skin some time to " snap" back together. When weight loss occurs too fast there will be sagging skin. Normally, at your age the probability of skin tightening itself back together is higher because the younger you are, the more possibility of the skin producing collagen. Give your skin a few months time, apply cocoa butter and vitamin E and see if that helps. If the problem still persists after some time, then maybe you should see a plastic surgeon for advice. It was a year ago and the sagging has actually progressively gotten worse. I know alot of girls say "oh my boobs are saggyy" just because they arnt super perky on top of their chest but my D's are almost flat against my chest because they hang so low, they have no roundness at all, except at bottom

Please don't take this the wrong way but my feeling on it is if your doing it for purely cosmetic reasons and to "attract guys" honestly hun "they all look the same when we are on our backs" I know that sounds crude but its the truth. Men won't care that much especially the right guy! Wear a nice "pick me up bra" and that should do the trick during the day. If your doing it to compare your self to other girls well guess what. Once you also have perfect perky tits theres going to be another girl who has a nicer nose and so and so forth thats a never ending cycle just learn to love your self as you are op thats truly all that matters.. Lauriebell82
I have the same problem, I am not real huge anymore, but I have really done a number on my breasts due to losing and gaining weight so many times. I went in for a consultation and the surgery is very simple but VERY expensive..much more then I thought. So I really need to think about whether or not it would be worth it to spend that kind of money. I wear push up bras and you can't even tell, but without my bra on I look horrid. It's embarrasing. You are only 18 though, I am assuming you probably haven't had children yet. If you could get the money I would encourage you do it now if you don't plan on having children for a long time. Jilly Bean
Do some research on the scars from reduction and lift surgery. You will have a nice red line scar running down the bottom of your boob and around your nipple forever. VERY ugly. And IMO, far worse than natural sag. I am a 34DDD on a not-so-large frame. I had perky boobs for about 10 minutes when I was 17. I have never ONCE had a guy comment negatively on my boobs. I wouldn't trade my stellar rack and all of the back pain and neck pain for anything. All boobs sag hon, even the small ones. Learn to love and accept your body as it is, and don't compare yourself to others.
SadandConfusedWA
36E here. I actually went to see a plastic surgeon about my sag. He took one look at my boobs and said that the amount of sag I have is completely normal for the boobs that size. He told me that if he were to do a lift today - they would be back to what they are now in about 2 years (because skin will stretch back) + I will have scars. He said that the only option is reduction to about a C cup and then he could make them really perky. I considered this briefly but I didn't like the pictures he showed me of boobs post reduction - they just had a very weird shape. Plus I actually LIKE the size of my boobs. They are hot I also went to some forums where women would post pictures of saggy pre reduction large boobs and then post reduction. About 90% of the anonymous men commented that they preferred large and saggy to small weirdly shaped boobs with scars (from the pictures shown). I have completely made peace with my boobs since. I bought some sexy lingerie and bikinis and that makes me feel really sexy

If the nipple is higher it doesn't look so saggy. One of my ex's, a 29 year-old, had nipples pointing toward HELL. I sexed her up a plenty any way.

I don't think she ever said that was the reason. Actually, I gather from her posts that SHE is unhappy with them because of herself not to pick up guys. I am well aware that a man who truley loves you will accept you the way you are (my fiance sure does). Men won't care that much especially the right guy! Wear a nice "pick me up bra" and that should do the trick during the day. If your doing it to compare your self to other girls well guess what. Right, but that's not always enough. I wear push up bras and yes, they make me look "perkier" but I'm constantly having to adjust it and I get divits in my shoulders from the weight of my bra. Once you also have perfect perky tits theres going to be another girl who has a nicer nose and so and so forth thats a never ending cycle just learn to love your self as you are op thats truly all that matters.. Again, the last part does not come easy. It's not always possible to wake up one morning and "love yourself" just the way you are. It takes work to do that, I'm sure that you have something that you'd like to change about yourself. Imagine what it's like to REALLY REALLY have it bother you and torment you. It wouldn't be that simple to just "accept yourself." I'm defending the OP because I feel the EXACT same way she does. I don't think it's wrong to want to have surgery at all. I actually think it's a double standard, it's more accepted to have implants then to have a reduction or lift IMO.

I'm 40, and I don't have much sagging, despite yo-yo dieting and a weight fluctuation of 50lbs. I see girls with implants, reductions, drastic weight loss everyday- I actually see them naked everyday because bra fitting is how I make my living. One thing I have learned is that women are too hard on themselves, and I am sure you are being too hard on yourself.

Of course self love dose not come easy but nothing thats worth anything ever dose. Ive been overweight my hole life so of course I'de like to lose some its a constant work in progress and if I reach my goal weight fantastic! if not I still love myself as I am. Oh trust me in the past my weight REALTY REALTY bothered me but if we do not love ourselves as we are 1st then no amount of surgery will help. Because once we get that done then there will be some other imperfection we single out thats just MHO on the subject. That said I don't think there is anything wrong with wanting to fix cirtin things about ourselves no but 1st we must be coming from a balanced sense of self I'm defending the OP because I feel the EXACT same way she does. I don't think it's wrong to want to have surgery at all. I actually think it's a double standard, it's more accepted to have implants then to have a reduction or lift IMO. I'm not sure about either Ive always had size D-Es that hung like a horses money maker to be blunt about it. They KILL my back but its never been a issue for me past the weight of them. Thats just me tho perhaps a reduction would help but I'm fairly sure I could never afford one anyways

It's my favorite story EVER. LMAO. Mainly because the filthy old broad fooled you into touching her nipple, passing it off as a mole. It's SO dirty. Will we be like that, D? So hard up for sexual attention at 70 that we trick the hot lingerie sales girl into rubbing our nipples? Edited August 27, 2010 by Jilly Bean

How did I ever fall for the old "touch my mole, actually it's a third nipple" trick? I dunno, but I did- but she bought from me and she's a self proclaimed life long customer now. Jaysus my sex life is doomed if the only action I get is coerced by an old lady tricking me into flicking her mole-nipple.

I mean, who didn't have a lesbian gym teacher who needed a neck massage, right? I wouldn't call it doomed. I'd call it profitable. OK, let's tell the OP again NOT to get breast reduction surgery. Advise on how to get the right bra, which will greatly minimize her boob hatred.

Jilly Bean
Same here. My boobs when sheathed look fake, because being that large, they don't stay up unless they have a lot of support, or are fakey salty fun bags. OP - I'd seriously rather have saggy boobs than the scars. I think if you have one good BF who worships your boobs, your feelings about them will change.
