Veronica K
I realize this might be a bit of a long shot -- but does anyone else here own/use a Concept2? If so, I'd love to know from the experienced if there is anything in particular I should keep in mind as a total beginner to this machine? Thanks!

Author Veronica K
It is a great piece of equipment, both for steady state training and HIIT. Make sure to learn good form. If you have not been there yet check out the video on the company site: http://www.concept2.com/us/training/technique.asp And the forums can be an help: http://www.c2forum.com/ That video is perfect for getting seeing what the correct form is, which is my biggest concern. I know that when beginning any exercise it's very important to learn and use the correct form - right from the start. It's a beautiful machine. The rowing feels so smooth; can't say enough good things about it thus far. btw why the name change? This should explain it best: http://www.loveshack.org/forums/showpost.php?p=2968946&postcount=24 Thanks so much, GC! Edited September 3, 2010 by Veronica K
