Find one, tell him/her what's happening (print out your posts here, that'll help!), tell him/her you're broke and need help with fees, it can be done! DO IT! Most will not charge for an initial visit but keep it short and sweet, again, printing out your post will help you organize your thoughts. DO NOT WAIT!
