I certaintly am not posting to point fingers. Just the absolute escatasy of knowing I'm not a total looney bin. I analyze things to death and have taken responsibility for my failings. It just lets the brain and heart relax and move on realizing the truth. Ain't a friking thing I could have done to prevent this. Not a thing. MLC and narcissism. Deadly combination.

Sometimes when I say we need to focus on ourselves more than the one we call a narcissist, is because of what al-anon taught me about helping myself to heal.

Other times, I am feeling down about myself, and can only look at my own flaws.

Then too, there's no ignoring the flaws of those we have had relationships with, and I understand wanting to label--I do it myself.

I suppose I am seeking balance in all this--How to understand what transpired, improve myself, belittle the person who isn't here to defend themselves less than I have in past posts, and keep a clear conscience through it all without ignoring ugly truths about myself , and focusing only on what becomes me.

sigh.
