NEONINK Posted March 5, 2004 Share Posted March 5, 2004 Well, to begin with a marathon is 26 miles. Whereas a 10K is just over 6 miles. A 5K is at 3 miles. Don't call a 10K a marathon because we haven't earned it. I've only done 5K's. I'm a wuss. But good luck. It is fun. And the biggest thing I can tell you is START OUT SLOWER THAN YOU NORMALLY RUN.
