From what I know it is extremely harmful to the respiratory system. It is typically a product that was originally intended to be a type of plant food. Somewhere along the way the process is stopped resulting in mephadrone. It is horrible stuff, they say the sensation experienced is similar to MDMA but is extremely dangerous.
