A good friend is making advances towards me. She is still dating her boyfriend!

I'm at a loss here. These last few weeks I noticed that my friend and I are getting pretty damn flirty with each other. She has been one of my best friends for years now and nothing more. Now out of the blue she's coming on to me and i find myself flirting with her, but the problem here is that she has a boyfriend, who she has been dating for over 2 years now! It has been a confusing time for both of us. So here's when it gets crazy. We ran into each other at a party at a mutual friend's house right at the peak of this whole situation about a week ago. After getting a little drunk we both ended up sleeping in the same bed. Which believe or not has happened many times and was always completely harmless. Not this time though. Things got hot and heavy, we end up having sex, and not casual sex by any means. This was passionate, this was intense. So much so it was weird. The morning comes around and i have to drive her home. The ride is less awkward than you would expect but she makes it clear that she regrets cheating on her boyfriend. We talk later and decide that its best to pretend nothing ever happened and remain good friends. BUT just tonight I tried to hang out with her the way we always used to and it slowly worked it's way into a heavy make out session which ended abruptly when her boyfriend started texting her. The plot thickens and neither of us are sure what to make of this. Does anyone have advice on such a tough situation??

Now you will know what it means when your SO says, 'But we are only good friends'. You stepped across a line bro. Hope you come out of it unscathed. Hope you don't have someone do the same to you too.

Good luck.

Maybe things aren't going well with her bf? They mustn't be, otherwise she wouldn't be cheating with you! She needs to decide if she wants you or him, and if she chooses him, you need to stay away from her - don't let her string you along!
