denise_xo Posted October 10, 2010 Share Posted October 10, 2010 I've just come out of a longish period of heavy work load and am worried I've pushed it a bit far this time. Physically, I feel like a truck drove over me and mentally I'm pretty drained. My strategy is to get back into physical exercise, eat healthy/regularly,increasing social time, get sufficient sleep and meditate. I'm taking some extra vitamins, too. Any other advice for recovery?
