Jane Doe
Well, it depends on how much I've had to eat or drink. If I pee a lot during the night I may be a couple pounds lighter in the morning. I always seem to gain it back throughout the day, though.

Author loverofloveandstuff
Do people who lose more weight from evening to morning have a faster metabolism?
Cee
Do people who lose more weight from evening to morning have a faster metabolism? I don't think it's possible to have that fast a metabolism considering sleeping burns 30 calories per hour (give or take) & a pound is 3,500 kcal. I think the weight loss is mostly water. And we lose water continuously through breathing and perspiration.
USMCHokie
Do people who lose more weight from evening to morning have a faster metabolism? Eh, I think it's mostly water fluctuation...there's no way the body can metabolize body tissue that fast...
