Morning to evening weight..

Well, it depends on how much I've had to eat or drink. If I pee a lot during the night I may be a couple pounds lighter in the morning. I always seem to gain it back throughout the day, though. :mad:

From when I go to bed to when I wake up - im about 1.5 lbs lighter. I slowly fain it back during the day usually and then repeat

Do people who lose more weight from evening to morning have a faster metabolism?

 

I don't think it's possible to have that fast a metabolism considering sleeping burns 30 calories per hour (give or take) & a pound is 3,500 kcal. I think the weight loss is mostly water. And we lose water continuously through breathing and perspiration.

Eh, I think it's mostly water fluctuation...there's no way the body can metabolize body tissue that fast...
