xxxheartbrokenxxx
I have a medium frame, am fairly slim with strong shoulders and defined strong upper arm and quad/calf muscles. Also have large breasts! My problem is my belly, lovehandles, lower back fat and lack of bum. They are not anything to lose sleep over and I am always told I have a really good body, however I look at women who have a slimmer top half, flat stomach and a rounded bottom and get jealous. My belly, lovehandles and lower back fat stick out an inch or 2 more than my bottom half. So if you imagine, my figure curves outwards with boobs, in again at the waist, out again for belly but then it actually looks like it goes in again due to the shape of my belly in contrast to my slim outer thighs and small ass!!! Do you all get what I mean by that? It is hard to put it into words but hope you get the picture, lol. I even find it a bit uncomfortable to wear trousers too as they feel tight around the belly but then slip down as my lovehandles are bigger than my bottom half. As opposed to a pear shaped girl who would look a more smooth shape as the stomach, hips and ass get gradually bigger as your eyes move down. My ass does not go up and out, it is well toned but kind of flat and square-ish in shape. As someone once said to me, everything on my body around the lower back looks like it needs moving downwards. Same person who does know me very well, sometimes teases me and said I look like a bloke with boobs! What can I do to tackle these problems? I know some people say you are stuck with the build/shape you are born with, but is there any way I could become more pear shaped with slim belly graduating into curvy hips and an ample rear?! What exercise/diet tips does anyone have for this kind of problem?
bobdole
I know some people say you are stuck with the build/shape you are born with Can't really help other than to say this is true within reason. If you have fat you can always lose it, but you can't change the base shape of your body. Like me - I can look fit, but I don't think I'm capable of being "big" muscularly. In highschool and college I worked out very heavily and I looked very nice, but I could never seem to exceed benching around my body weight for example and developing large pecs.
