interrested or friendly?

Hi to all,

 

I find it somewhat shameful to ask this question about a situation with a fellow co-worker.

Been working with this one girl for over a year now.

I have found it awkward to make a move on her since we are at work.

In the past I lost my job due to a physical fight with jealous boyfriend of a girl that worked with me.

 

 

Will give highlights since I am far from an English major.

-Our job is mainly in the afternoons and late nights.

-We have had long talks about sex (likes, dislikes, last time)

-I have in the past made comments about her ass

-Overall we flirt with each other most of the time.

-Shes always touching me (feeling my arms, punching me)

-She asked me to a concert that went great - hung out till 4am

 

As I write this I think I have answered my own question but I would still like to hear some comments.
