PM me if you want; i'm training up for a run; we can egg one another on. i'm now quite thin but still flabby, if that makes sense. when i hold my arms up, i can now see the (non-bulky) muscles in the back of my arms sculpted under my shirt; i love it! it's a shallow but real pleasure! are you heading for one particular event or just changing your life in general? Yesterday I put on a dress shirt and I could pull out the front a good 5-6 inches from my stomach; I remember when the shirt was too tight to button... Link to post Share on other sites

Imagine that! I'll definitely send you a PM. We should chat. WWDDFD - hehe every little progress that you make is totally worth it! I remember all the times that I would start a diet and think that I would just love to lose 10 pounds just like that. I would try absolutely everything to lose just 10 pounds and nothing seemed to work. I then began walking to and from school (it's only like a 5 minute walk) about 4 times a day and next thing I know, I'm down 8 pounds! It doesn't take much at all. Link to post Share on other sites
