Question about door anchors for resistance bands

Do you put them on the door handle or to you close the door on it? The kind I have is just a piece of taht woven nylon stuff, flat. No instructions.

Thanks, but that's a different type. Mine litteraly is just a flat piece of nylong. It doesn't have that thing on the end of it..

There are companies which sell the anchor to attach to your flat strap.

Throw the straps away and do real pushups and pull ups.
