Author Thinkalot
Thanks CG. Aside from my mum and dad, I dont havemany close friends in the town where we live. My best girlfriend lives 5 hours away, and is often so busy with work , I don't talk to her often. Therefore, I gain much solace and relief from the comments made by people on this site, who are often able to be even more compassionate than those close to me, who care for me, but also get frustrated by witnessing the behaviour. gaia
Friends and family often sympathise but you can almost hear the frustration in their voices. Even my mum, who has OCD and is very supportive of me, sometimes admits that she finds it hard to understand why I will drive myself nuts over something that everyone else (and me, most of the time) can see is ridiculous. I'm glad your dad helped, Thinkalot.
