Took a break, felt all the stress of life pressing on me. Losing weight is a net positive, but I think the process of losing is a stress inducing process. Slowed down my work out and stopped worrying about losing weight. Gained nothing, held steady for a couple of months now.

 

But it is time to go for the next 20-30lbs. Cranking up the exercise frequency, going to try and keep swimming through the winter months, start watching what I eat a bit closer and keep the calories down on a more conscious level.

 

Wish me luck, I hope to have a another "decade day" (where I break through a ten's digit on the scale) soon.
