When I was a kid in school about 11 or so we use to do an excercise: make a fist, bring fist to chest and repeatly extend arms straight out to the side. While chanting "We must we must we must increase the bust. The bigger the better, the tighter the sweater the boys are depending on us." After about a couple of years doing this off and on at the age of 14 I discovered that it worked. I wonder if boys did a simular thing to increase a certain part of there body? jenny Posted March 11, 2004 Share Posted March 11, 2004 if you build up the muscles around the breasts with weights, etc, it will lift them up, help your posture, and give the appearance of greater, er, density there. try different toning exercises for the arms and chest - have fun!
