Should i meet him up?

Hey guys,advice on meeting up a guy from a dating site.

 

Got a message from a guy couple weeks ago from this guy on pof.Based on how he looks in the pictures, i dont think he's my type physically.After a brief exchange of messages there, he asked me out.That was pretty quick, cut the chase and get to the point that kind of quick.Since i wasnt really attracted to him and had things to do that weekend, i passed it.He later went on a biz trip and said he would let me know when he's back.When i didnt hear from him like in two weeks, i thought that was it.But,i just got a message from him last week and asked if i wanted to meet up that saturday afternoon.I gave him my number but since he didnt call to make concrete plan before saturday noon so i didnt wait up.After i got back from outside,i got a message from him at like 2 pm asking if i wanted to meet at 4:30...Out of politeness and uncertainty, i replyed saying how about same time next saturday.He said "cool" and so far i still have no idea where we gonna meet this saturday...

 

The thing is he havent called or texted me.We spent no time talking on the phone or texting or chating at that website,and all i got was a value date arrangement this staturday afternoon at 4:30 am.I practically know nothing about him,not even through words or voice.Therefore,i have no expectation or anticipation of meeting him.While you dont want to waste too much time on the phone or messages,but zero contact before you meet?I'm not sure i even want to meet him now...As a matter of fact, i doubt if he "wants" to meet me enough to actually put in some work.

 

Should i even bother with this guy in this case, especially considering i'm not particularlly attracted to his looks in the pictures?(he's not ugly or unattractive though,just looks kinda skinny and not my type)Also, since he asked me out pretty quick,we havent built any mental connection to actually "want" to meet each other intead of just think maybe we should meet each other and give it a go.Also, looks like he isnt so serious about meeting me either right?We are basically two strangers and neither of us seems to be eager enough to pull it forward, say calling or texting.What do you think? Should i drop it or should i try taking the initiative myself by coming up with locations and stuffs to do?
