So to understand you correctly, you still maintain contact (by email) with your ex......? Frequently? Occasionally? So in the past, (as your ex) he'd sign his emails with JUST his name or "Live well"...but this last time, he signed it "love and live well" and you're wondering about the "love and" part of it? Doesn't seem like him adding that would mean anything deep or that there's any underlying meaning there, negative or positive. Maybe he just decided to add that to it? I dunno.
