TaraMaiden
Design your own and find a good dressmaker. I saved literally thousands by doing that.
sadie82
I bought mine from ebay. I showed them a dress that I liked and they made it within 6 weeks. But before I bought from them I contacted a number of people who had bought from them to see what had happened with them. The only slight problem I had was a lack of communication and a charge (my minds gone blank, what do you call the payment you make when goods are sent to you come from a foreign country?)But even with that charge dress was still very cheap £

Raftery
as you do have a very tight budget, may be you - buy fabric and try sewing carefully - try stores which do have bargains ON - try www.ebay.com - try stores like http://www.affordableflowergirldresses.com/size/junior-bridesmaid.html, which has collections in wide price range
