It could be a combination of everything really. If he's constantly asking for reassurance, then he has no idea which of his actions turns a woman off. You might have to explain these things to him. You might have to ask him WHY hes asking for reassurance and dig down deep. You'll get the real truth eventually if it truly is insecurity. Him asking for reassurance is insecurity and control wound up in one.

read her thread about the 3some she agreed to with a girl that she wanted to be with, and you'll start to get the picture.

He is sweet, caring, charming, wonderful, helpful, loving, generous, funny, charismatic, and he is very physically attractive.

But he is also... a liar, a cheater, untrustworthy, selfish, doesn't keep his word, a slut, etc...

He's best of both worlds.

A. He's jealous because he's afraid that I'm going to find someone better and he's trying to keep me from doing so.

he is jealous because he knows you want other people and have acted on it before.

thats the plain facts of it. you made out with another girl.

but I digress, it was because he sanctioned it and also made out with her.

so funny how he is jealous when he wanted to do the same things.

again, this isn't the relationship for you unless you like swinging.

I'd hardly call "a liar, a cheater, untrustworthy, selfish, doesn't keep his word, a slut, etc..."

The 'best' of any world......

Sarah, IMO jealousy is the root of something deeper. I think its INSECURITY on his part. Please be careful, it could lead to much worse. I dont recall if you said how long you two have been together but IMO I can assure you based on what you have written that this is not a life-long relationship. He sounds like a fake.....lets everyone on the outside view him as Mr. Wonderful but to the people on the inside (you) he cant help but show his true colors. ???
