moimeme
Go see a doctor. You could have done damage to yourself. The only sane way to lose weight is to quit stuffing yourself and exercise. With luck, you'll be fine but get to the doctor fast.

wideawake
1) Please go see a doc and bring that bottle with you so they can see what you've been using 2) Do bodyweight movements - i.e., pushups, situps, leg lifts, dips, etc... You can do these in your home, and get some fantastic results. good luck!
bellatina
Girl your body hasn't finished developing yet. Go to a doctor to check if you have done any damage to your body. STOP DIETING..NO MORE PILLS. You won't have your true body until you are about 21 year old ...they body you have know is still a childs body...you may still have some baby fat and that is ok. Just stay active and eat a lot of fresh fruits and healthy foods. All you are going to do by dieting at such and early age is destroy you metabolism and you selfsteeem even more. I was a B cup at 16 I am now a D at 27. No surgery.
Doghouse
Let me tell you what happened to me with diet pills. When I was losing weight, I was taking Stacker 2 and Stacker 3, both loaded in ephedrine. Two years later, I have severe digestive problems. I have a thing called Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and my body can't digest a lot of foods now. The lactase enzyme is now missing in my body, so I'm severely lactose intolerant. I'm also Sucrose (table sugar), fructose (natural sugars in fruits) and sorbitol (sugar substitute) intolerant. My doctor also thinks I can't digest a lot of other foods, like pastas, garlic, and others. They're not sure, but they thing the ephedrine might have had something to do with it. I take dicyclomine before every meal to help my intestines be able to digest food. Without it, I get severe stomach pains. Stop taking them now, unless you wanna buy weird milk for the rest of your life.
RazedUp505
I've lost a good amount of weight using Stacker 2 Ephedra Free sparingly, and lots of exercise. Any other methods simply dont work.
CosmoGirl1391
Diet pills with ephedra can also cause severe thyroid problems - which can lead to many other problems. Over-the-counter diet pills are NOT safe, no matter what their ads claim. I wouldn't recommend any diet pills to lost weight, but if you think they are the only way, see your doctor FIRST! He can check your thyroid levels and do other tests to make sure it's safe. And then he can PRESCRIBE you something that will work effectively without damage. Lots of people take prescription diet pills - more than you think. And they do work for lots of people. But if not taken under a doctor's supervision, there can be irreversible damaging side effects. And if all you are worried about is 5 or 10 vanity pounds, then diet pills are not for you. Most doctors will only prescribe them to people with a BMI over 27 - which is considered moderately overweight. If all you want to lose is 10 lbs, then you should do it right - excersise and watch what you eat, it won't take long. You are young and you can do it fast. Diet pills are only for people who are very overweight. And over-the-counter ones are NEVER safe.
moimeme
Any other methods simply dont work. Bullfeathers. Bullcrap. Bulldodo. Great, steaming piles of BULL. What works is to quit putting so much food in your piehole. And exercise. THAT works best of all and is much, MUCH smarter than poisoning your body and risking lifetime health problems. RazedUp505
Thats why I said Ephedra Free. Its been illegal in Canada for awhile, and the US barely caught on recently. Screw Ephedra. I still stuff my piehole with what I want to eat, but I exercise more when I eat really big meals. Oh and not eating to much corn fructose. That **** is in everything so you have to be careful. CosmoGirl1391
Less intake and excersise is definetly the best and safest way to lose weight. I will always say that. But in some cases, and every person's body and situation is different, diet pills can be a great help to those that are overweight and need some help. I know several people who have seen their doctor about thier weight problem and the doctor started them on an appetite-suppresant diet pill and it worked wonders for them. For some people, diet pills are a great solution - but the doctor should determine who those people are. Weight is not only determined by how much you eat and excersise, but also genes. It's proven that if you had even ONE obese parent, you are 79% more likely to be overweight as an adult than if you had two slim parents. And if both parents were heavy, well, you can imagine. So many people think that overweight people are just lazy and un-motivated. That's really not true. Some people's genes are just not in thier favor. That's when medical or pharmaceutical interventions can greatly help. And there's nothing wrong with doing it that way - if necessary and if supervised properly by a physician. Arabess
Emily, It's not at all unusual to lose breast size when loosing weight. Be careful with the diet pills though. They can have side effects even after a short usage time. If you feel you really do have a weight problem, 10 pounds over really isn't much , you can always do a Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig program if you want to lose weight in a healthy manner. Drinking lots of water, curbing your food intake and exercise also works.

Exactly - you were too. Right? That doesn't mean that people who are genetically overweight can't lose weight by eating right and excersise - it just makes it harder to do so. And every person is different, those are just the odds.
