Nice. I like improvised art in public places.

Ah, to have been there! What a joyful and uplifting experience that would have been. :)

I'm sure that happens.

Fortunately, it doesn't seem to affect the performance.....

I perfectly accept that this would p!$$ some people off.

What might cheer you up is to watch some 'fail' youtube videos. They're hilarious!

Wow. If you have a dry eye after that, check your pulse. You might be dead. Outstanding.

There was a video up once of a highly acclaimed and extremely famous First Violinist - a matchless impressario - busking in I believe a Metro Station in Washington DC.

They wanted to observe just how many people took notice...

It turned out that out of every single person to go through that station, perhaps 50 or so, stopped for a moment to listen...

There was one woman in particular, who stood and listened for nearly an hour....

But she had recognised the 'Busker' because she had attended a concert during which he had played, only the week before...

She said afterwards she felt extraordinarily special, as if he had been playing just for her, and she felt both privileged to have witnessed it - and furious at just how few people had "no time to stand and stare"...here was this stunning virtuoso, playing his heart out, and he made a little under $40.00 all day.

But it was a certainly a lesson for me, to take time to appreciate any improvised beauty one might encounter, purely by chance.

I mean, it's all gone now, our snow...but I had the first chance in I don't know how long, to actually look at a snowflake under a magnifying glass...They are so breathtakingly beautiful, symmetrical and all different.... I mean...just.....wow....
