Author aerogurl87 Posted January 6, 2011 Author Share Posted January 6, 2011 Aero, what happened? Is your bf now your ex? Were these issues completely unresolvable? Yeah he's now my ex. The issues weren't completely unresolvable actually but he wouldn't help resolve them and I got fed up and gave up. I know it seems like I didn't try to most people on this board since I didn't broadcast that we were having issues on here until very recently, but it felt like being with him was like being on a sinking boat. And it was like I was trying to get water out of the boat while he just sat down, took a nap, and said we'd just sail along to shore without any effort. That's pretty much how I felt and I couldn't take it anymore. He even admitted to me that he was pretty apathetic about everything but now he said he's ready to make things work. The only problem with that is I don't give up on relationships until I can see no hope left in them and then usually I'm done, for good. I did everything I could to save our relationship and he didn't care. So now I don't care either. Link to post Share on other sites

So I'm assuming he's trying to get you back now from what you've said? Do you think it is pretty final? Yeah he is trying to get me back now. He's now changing everything he said he wanted to do in hopes it'll make me happy and get me back. I do feel sorry for him because he's doing the exact thing I did with my ex when he left me. But yeah I think it's pretty final. He says he was blindsided by the break up, but I gave him lots of warnings that he either didn't listen to or didn't believe. Link to post Share on other sites
