Tkay
Hi. I'm very skinny (1m80,58kg) and I've tried several times to do something about this.. went to powertraining, trained at home(situps and stuff) but never really did it long because I really don't like it. I'm pondering if there's any way to become a little muscular. U know, a little sixpack and a bit bigger arms or something...I mean like a normal man. I'd prefer something like a 15minutes-a-day-thing or something... This is probably impossible but hey I can try can't I?
UCFKevin
15 minutes a day will keep you in shape, barely, and that's it, it won't make you muscular. MAYBE 30 minutes would begin to do something, if you do a LOT. I used to do a 30 minute work out and I saw very quick results in my arms. You need to eat a lot if you're skinny, you need to build up mass.

Ofcourse I can't eat more then I actually want to... but I eat "normal"
wideawake
Wow...you are skinny. You're about 128lbs. And you sound like an ectomorph. You should be eating between 2000 kcals and 2500kcals per day in a 40/40/20 split (protein/carbs/fat). If you're not gaining at those kcal levels, up them 500kcal every week until you do start to gain. Abs are determined by body fat level, if your body fat % is too high, you won't see them no matter how much muscle tissue you add on. Now go do a search for a moderator on here named "Ryan" and look up his posts on how he suggests people weight train, specifically his posts on "HIT" style training. This will be by FAR the best method for you. Peace, WA

Peace, WA just weighed myself -> with clothes on I'm 60.2kg (me says: jippieeee ) thats BMI 18.3 .. that's close to normal , so I'm surprised by your reaction saying I'm an ectomorph. Are my proportions really that strange? I don't really know anything about kcals and stuff, but i'll just tell my mom. I know I need fat to get a sixpack or anything And I'll search for the Ryan stuff! Thx
wideawake
You're a guy right? And you're around 180cm or 5'9". Yeah, in my book a guy that 5'9" and only weighs around 130lbs is pretty light, and I would think you would be an ecto. Eat big, lift big, sleep as much as you can. (oh yeah, eat clean, no crap foods...)

I really Don't sleep enough. I'm often JUST on time for school. Most of the time I sleep from 01.00 to 07.30 (sometimes more, sometimes less) Thx for the help.

RazedUp505
Yeah dude, fifteen minutes wont do much. I've been doing about an hour and a half every other day for four months. Ive lost about 50 lbs. My arms are getting more defined, but I still have a lot of crunches to do to get rid of my belly lol. Swimming is real good too because it works every muscle in your body at the same time. Good luck dude.
Darkangelism
I weigh less then that, but then again i have a 6 pack. There is no real quick way besides steroids, lifting 30 mins a day will give you quick arm results at first but then it starts to flaten out unless you increase time and weight. RazedUp505
Yup overload principle is king. More weight more reps. I dont have a six pack yet but its going to get there. I was a supersizing supersized machine before I lost all this weight. At least you can see where the six pack is supposed to be and not just flab lol.
Samson
"FAST AND EASY" are not adjectives to describe any real effective solution to anything, including bodybuilding. Sorry, but it takes YEARS OF PAIN.
