So with winter here and it being dark at 4pm. i am moving my workouts inside.

 

I will walk most days at lunch for 1/2 hour but I need cardio after work. I do have a recumbant bike but I want to mix it up a little. I am interested in getting Jullian Michaels 30 day shred and yoga meltdown.

 

Has anyone used these videos? Do you like them?

Haven't tried either of those. I'm a Zumba fan myself - have you tried that? It's a great workout and gets every area...

I've done 30 day shred but never got past level one - I'm a loser. My daughter did the whole thing right up to level 3 and it was wonderful for her.

I've done it and I like it. The first level is a bit too easy but it's a great workout and it engages a lot of muscles I don't normally work out :) I recommend checking it out :bunny:

I've done 30 day shred and I really like it. Seems to be a good quick workout when I dont have time to get to the gym. I really want to try zumba though. That looks like fun.
