I will walk most days at lunch for 1/2 hour but I need cardio after work. I do have a recumbant bike but I want to mix it up a little. I am interested in getting Jullian Michaels 30 day shred and yoga meltdown. Has anyone used these videos? Do you like them? Link to post Share on other sites
