sullenboy
I'm constantly getting cold-type sicknesses. Post-Nasal drip type stuff. I work in a warehouse and i wonder sometimes if that's the reason, if i'm throwing too many cardboard boxes around and it's messing with my sinus. I'm around a lot of dust and live in a dry valley climate and have tile floor where i live, so there's always dust, I wonder sometimes if it's allergies. In the past three months, i've been sick three times with the same damn symptoms. My throatt will feel a little funny, scratchy, then as the day goes on, my nose will just get stuffy and stuffier and by night my throat is sore. It really puts a damper on my excercise or having fun outdoors, do you think it's allergies??? I've gone to the doctor but they never give me a real good answer other than, You just have a cold! But, Three in Three months???
moimeme
Have you asked for a referral to an allergist? Have you been checked for sinus infections? Have you had blood tests to see whether your health is ok overall?
tattoomytoe
i would suggest a nose and mouth mask, to filter the air that you are breathing,. it probably has irritants that make you over produce snot. you may feel like a dork, but it will help!
