lee123
basically we've been friends for about 2 months, she doesn't live round my area, but not too far. She was an online friend. She decided wanted to come see me, so i agreed. It went great, first we cuddled in bed (which i assume is what more than a friend would do). We did go out to cinema etc. It was all good. She went home, i told her how i feel. Like i feel like i'm growing to like you more than a friend. She said, it's too soon for her. I asked when she'd like to meet up next, she said in march for her birthday. And says she needs to do college work. Thats a long time to wait :/ am i just rushing things, cause i like her more or does she just think of me as a friend? It's really bugging me, cause i wanna see her sooner than that, but i don't want to like suggest it, if you know what i mean.
KickinCowgirl
Well if this is the same one you were talking about in the other thread it does explain why she went to sleep on the sofa. If she was feeling she was kinda rushing into things and she wasn't ready, that ads up. I do feel that she does like you but she has been hurt in the past I would say so she is moving at hermits pace until she see's you aren't going to hurt her and that will prolly take time. March is awhile off yet but maybe she does withdraw when she is feeling any 'hint' of feelings so she doesn't get hurt. I have known people to do that before. But she doenst' live locally so I wouldn't give up too soon. But at the same time do your own thing for now too. Totally understand your frustration though.

Author lee123
Thanks for replying Yeah same person, this tread makes more sense though. Yeah she also says, she wants to be friends for awhile, cause it's better to be friends, and see if it develops. And yeah, her ex was a prick. She also said it's too soon for relationship :/ Kinda sucks tbh :/ Edited January 11, 2011 by lee123

TG4MJ
Dude, it's like I told that little kid in that other thread, nothing wrong with being a good guy but you gotta be a man about it too. Lay in the cut for a while and see what happens. She starts seeing someone else, or expresses no interest in male companionship, just cut her loose and move on.
