Adultery, unreasonable behaviour or the hardly ever used 'abandonment', you have all three. Only going thourgh your solicitor is the best thing you can do for yourself. Make it clear to your stbxw that you will only communicate via e-mail with regards to your girls, is there anyone else who can filter these for you? maybe your mum or brother/sister or even a friend who can read them and screen them and tell you anything important? In addition see if you can turn the text messages off your phone and inform your stbxw that if there is an urgent matter re the girls she can call, if she calls and starts kicking off, just hang up. After the 50th time she'll realise she is not going to get anywhere and has to accept your terms. If she continues to harasses you tell your solicitor as there are stautory provisions to deal with harassement if what your wife is doing amounts to that, so keep all e-mails, text messages etc as evidence. also, did social services make an unannoced visit yet? Be prepared to come down heavily legally on her , also get this OM CRB checked. Expect your wife to crash in the next few months, I would think from your description, OM will dump her like a hot potato. Expect more caniptions at that point. You can rebuild your life. Expect lots more false reconcilliation attempts from your wife. If and I stress IF you consider taking her back it has to be on your very very very tough terms. Anyway use it to your advantage, while she's all lovey dovey with OM and high on drugs you take quiet strong action to secure your kids and assets. At some point she will come crashing to earth like a ton of bricks, whether thats in 5 months or 5 years. You my friend are gonna be in the firing line. You need to be totally protected. When you meet someone else she is going to be all over your case like a rash. Meanwhile take your kids somewhere nice this weekend, I know your youngest is still a baby or I'd have said Legoland Windsor. My kids love the Natural History museum in London.. Get out tonight, get the babysitter, join Citysocialising, go to London have a late one. Get a solid invoice from the babysitter, just in case wifey makes accusations. She called me C**t about 15 times all because i won't listen to her go on trying to justify her actions. She also threatened to slash the tyres on my car. I called the child support services on Friday and geve them full disclosure of what i earn and have decided to go through them from now on as i won't have her blackmailing me for more money!
