wtook some good but now what?

Hey everyone. I found out my gf of 11 years was having an online EA. I did what a lot of you said and made her call it quits and NC. She agreed and she did. I did not expose the affair as I felt it not necessary. it has been a week and I thought things were going good. However I found out she has been having her sister pass messages to her via email and she has been talking to him via the online game she met him in. I want to contact him directly as he thinks I am keeping her prisoner and still trying to be so promising to her. She says she is confused and just wants to live in an apartment and see if she would really miss me. I think if we do that she will be gone for good and I will not be able to rekindle our love. We have had a great week and great talks. We have 2 wonderful girls together. One has some major medical issues and we are having the stress of that as well. Please someone help me figure out what to do here. We do start counseling in 48 more hours but I think I need to figure out how to stop this now.
