seren
I’m the OW, and the A has been over for 6 months and it has not been determined if I am going to survive all the MDD’s yet!!! I cannot imagine how it is for the BS. I try to do it a minute at a time and hope that tomorrow I can do it an hour at a time … and maybe one day it will be A whole day at a time. I wish us all the best !!! For the BS, it's just as you describe, minute by minute etc etc with a lot of pain, hurt and hard work. Not so different are we? Good luck 2themoonandback, I hope you find peace and the heartache doesn't linger for too long.

I have developed PTSD, some due to the A, but more what happened to me after the A, and it made my whole life very difficult. Very complex disorder, but anyway. And no, we are not that different, we all are just human and I think when it comes right down to feelings in general we are very similar. Peace and wholeness to you as well.
