tobydog1 Posted February 13, 2011 Share Posted February 13, 2011 We are in the middle of playing games.......we just seem to do one mean thing to each other.....today he actually picked up his son, 4 weeks late and then had the cheek to bring HER here when he dropped him off.. GRRRR I am furious! All week he has been mailing: I am heartbroken, I am ill, you have ruined my life etc. He knows I would have him back, why would he do such a nasty thing? I promise to not contact him, I want no more of this childish situation... I informed the CSA as he has given us no money for 5 months....he mails back saying to call them off then rings to say he will drop the joint custody thing if I call them off.......he has not been near his solicitor in months. Any ideas anyone? I filed for divorce on Friday, tho I don't want this and neither does he I think? But I need some closure on this mess..... Link to post Share on other sites

worlybear Posted February 13, 2011 Share Posted February 13, 2011 Oh boy,it's a mess! Don't call off the CSA.You need the financial support for your son. Also, if you are in the UK check out working tax credit and child tax credit. Get as much of your finances into order as possible as it sounds like it's going to be a long haul. He sounds like he is playing games with you. Is there anyway you could arrange a meeting with him to discuss the divorce? Perhaps with a mutual friend? Have you considered going to "Relate?"(Either with/without him.) What do YOU want for the future? It seems to me that you have a lot of unresolved issues- remember tho the divorce isn't final til decree absolute. :bunny: Link to post Share on other sites
