Water Fasting Retreats - Any suggestions?

I'm planning to fast this summer so I check out Tanglewood Water Fasting. Its a wellness center referred by a guy from CureZone. The facility is good but I'm looking for other centers located around Chicago. If you know other fasting centers or retreats please message me or leave a reply. I would really appreciate any help.
