Oh wait.....you already did !!!!!!" I'm a strong believer that men just like women have PMS..... They get all cranky and moody.....they are whiny ("everything hurts") and snappy...... :mad: :mad: :mad: Makes the 180 so much easier for me ........ tojaz Posted February 20, 2011 Share Posted February 20, 2011 Its stress. Especially if he has a physical job. I myself can get to be a little short on the weekends after a hard week at work. The body is sore and the mind is exhausted, and that is with all things being equal, yours is also dealing with all the stressors of divorce and reconcilliation that you are. It takes a toll but...... it can also be a good sign!!!! Your fully in your right to be upset if hes lashing out at you and also a good time to up the ante on the 180. Don't lash back but give him a wide berth and maybe ride the sofa for the night. Lets him miss you. Carefull though, exchanging anger just makes things worse and you need to keep a cool head. Let him know that you care about whats bugging him but you have to worry about yourself. "I can see your stressed dear and I'm here if you need me, but I think i'm going to sleep out here tonight." You don't have to stick to it if he asks you not to, but it will tell you a lot about where his head is at. TOJAZ Link to post Share on other sites
