Sometimes. Some good people don't. I don't see having an A as a sine qua non for being a good person.

My husband is a serial cheater. No way I would consider him being an evil person. He had a difficult childhood, and saw his own father cheat on his mother. He is a troubled man, dealing with life the best he can. Sometimes that isn't good enough, but it doesn't make him evil.
