Jonah
My wife, she is quite awesome. She keeps herself healthy, makes her own money, contributes to society, and is fun to be with. Somehow I attracted a star. Nonetheless, I can't seem to settle with any woman, always wanting, having left a trail of destruction in my wake. This is not fun! Like many in this cold world, I want the elusive butterfly! Is there some basic steps I can take? Or am I damned to eternal solitude... How can I stop wanting and start loving? TigerCub
Hey Jonah, so were you ever in love with your wife? I dunno, I think its really good that you recognize something needs to change. From my experience (with xMM that I was unfortunately involved with) - he was someone that obviously was never happy with what he had. He also was someone that had a LOT of trust and abandonment issues. I always thought that maybe his past had a lot of contributing factors to how he approached love and never wanted to commit (even after having 2 kids with his long time gf - he still refuses to marry her). So do you think its possible that there may be some unresolved issues from your past that create these barriers for you? I'm not saying we're all the same and have the same types of issues - but you really seem to want to change, a little self discovery might be helpful. Good luck to you

Jonah, I'm confused by your posts. You joined seven years ago, but the bulk of your posts are recent. In this one, you are basically saying you love your wife and wonder why you can't just settle down with her. In another, you asked if OW try to get their MM caught in an affair. In another, you described how your wife (or ex-wife) cheated on you. What exactly is your story?
dbtmarley
What happened? Did the Dunkin Donuts coffee girl wink at you this morning or something?

Thank you for caring Carrie, I suppose that I could confuse you further by posting my complete painful story. May you please oblige me by first answering... Do you love him? Is caring the same thing as loving? If you care for her, does that mean that you also love her? And if he cares for her, does that mean that he loves her too? If she asked you "Do you love me Carrie?" what would be your reply? Please don't take this as an attack. I really want to know what is the difference.
Author Jonah
What happened? Did the Dunkin Donuts coffee girl wink at you this morning or something? I was actually there this morning buying 2 dozen for my troops. And yes she was cute... but then am not that picky... let her fill the boxes of her own accord.

There's something sexy about the way they pour the cream.
