samsungxoxo
19 back then for what?I think you meant so what.
samsungxoxo
no, I meant "for what", as in what did you do when 19? and at 19, you are an adult. but so what would be appropriate as well.I had my first serious relationship at the time but now we're friends. I lost my virginity when I was still 19 too (19 years and 9 months to be exact). Till this day I don't have a new b/f nor slept with another man.
samsungxoxo
well I took the liberty of reading some of your stories, and I understand why you would say that.Oh I see you like investigating people in this forum. At least I never cheated.... I only almost did but it doesn't counts anymore as I've been single for a long while now. I'm still the same innocent, kind woman from years ago. I just changed a bit in regards to condemning every single little indiscretion. I'm not too black-n-white nor straight laced anymore. I assume you read about my thread about the sleepover party from almost a year ago.... Edited March 21, 2011 by samsungxoxo
samsungxoxo
you don't have to condemn her "indiscretion", but she DID cheat.Well yeah the kissing part is cheating. However, it depends on what she was going through. Was the b/f inconsiderate of her feelings or maybe something was missing?? Not that I excuse it but if it was me cheating, then it would be for a reason.... not for nothing. Obviously the reason would be ''Because I got turned on and he was attractive''.... something more deeper than that. actually no. I read a few posts on how you got off on the internet with other guys while having a boyfriend. Since it never involved a cam and it was just in writing, then it doesn't really counts. samsungxoxo
You're a former BS (betrayed spouse) so that's why you only see this from the cheetee's side. I'll try my best to see this on both side the cheetee's and cheater's side. Now if it's a cheater that does it for fun and brags about it, then that's what I would called a dirty person. Most cheating is done for fun. They are masters at making themselves out to be the victim when they are anything but.

The husband was emotionally abusive and would use hurtful words on a constant basis and the wife end up having an affair. She was therefore a victim in this case.

If he really was abusive which in many cases a betrayed man is not then she is a bit more sympathetic.
samsungxoxo
If he really was abusive which in many cases a betrayed man is not then she is a bit more sympathetic. Exactly.... cheating is not a black-white thing but a case by case analysis.
tman666
Guys, come on. Is it not obvious how much of a trolling thread this is?
WorldIsYours
Exactly.... cheating is not a black-white thing but a case by case analysis. Cheating is black and white. Because if the man was abusive, she'd know that cheating would only make the abuser angrier and complicate the situation more. There is no excuse for cheating, regardless of domestic issues. samsungxoxo
With all this back-and-forth going on, all I can say is that there really are 3 subjects that need more attention in schools: + Relationship building and emotional management + Time management + General anthropology Until then we'll keep seeing this same thread over and over and over and well, you get it...I agreed with the two listed above but what how does anthropology play a role in committed relationships?
