sniffys
sigh i have been dieting since january, it is already march. granted i can fit into my old jeans but my tummy is big. i was wearing the short red dress i bought last year and i cant figure out if my tummy is big or my arms are big (has anyone experienced that?) or if my arms just look big because my tummy is big ok dont get mad, but i have only been dieting and not exercising. i dont have time to go to the gym at this point i am very busy until i finish all my paper works. so i been dieting (not eating too much rice, pasta, breads, soda, candy) but i take 1 day out of a week to eat whatever i want like sushi, a bar of snickers almond, diet coke, chinese food so i wont feel so deprived. right now the scale says i am 52 kgs and thats 114 lbs supposedly. but i dont feel 114 lbs. i feel liek i am still huge (i LOOK huge). my height is 5 feet tall or 5'1. i USED TO weigh 60 kgs or 130 lbs back in january from eating whatever i wanted when i wanted it. this is really starting to annoy me please help, thanks:lmao:
green_tea
I am also 52 kg and only a little taller than you 5'3. I don't think I look huge, however I am trying to lose maybe a kilo or two and tone up a little. This is the most I've ever weighed...a few years ago I was in the late 40's without working too hard at it. I've been tracking my calories for about a week now, with an iphone app. I was definitely eating a lot more than I realised before starting to track my intake. I'm also exercising about 45 min a day, but only at a moderate pace, nothing too intense. I don't think dieting alone will help, especially if you are overdoing it one day of the week. Try to start exercising - if you really want to get in shape, then you need to find the time.
Owz600
What happens with most people is that the fat gathers around there mid section, the body stores fat there to keep the organs safe. Belly fat is usually the last place fat comes off. I found the same problem with myself. For me it goes Arms>Pecs>Legs>Belly/Face. This is why quite a lot of men have that skinny but fat belly look. Best thing for you to do is be patient, keep dieting as your doing great maybe even do some exercise to keep the body healthy. Do it for your health not just your looks. Keep it up!
