A couple of days ago, I watched an episode of How I Met Your Mother, where they were talking about writing down letters to their future selves to remind them why it didn't work out and so they didn't want to go back to them again. I decided that since I wrote him a letter, I want to write myself one, writing down all the negative things about him and our relationship, and encouraging myself that hey, there's someone 10 times better just waiting out there for me. Honestly, this has so far been the best form of therapy, just reminding myself of all the things I already know. Link to post Share on other sites

If it is work related only, then sometimes communication has to go on with no choice. But you don't have to talk to him that is not related to work anymore. Agreed. Unless you have to talk to him about something, dont talk to him. Youll get through this, dont worry. It will take time but it will turn out okay in the end. Link to post Share on other sites
