Velociraptor
Alot of women seem to think not being circumcised is disgusting. Why? It's not natural to be circumcised and it can(not always though) lower the pleasure a man gets and even worse some small boys who get circumcised die in the process. Obviously only a very small percentage die but it's still horrible that some do because their parents decided to circumcise them. I can understand choosing circumcision as an adult if you have medical complications which makes it neccesary, but circumcising small boys who can't say "no" because they can't even talk yet is just... sad. So anyway, would you be with a man who isn't circumcised? I guess I'm specificly asking American women since in Europe and most of the rest of the world women are obviously fine with it because it's mostly just in America where boys get circumcised. And since the women in Europe don't have a problem with uncircumcised men then why do American women have a problem with it? Exactly why is it so horrible not to be circumcised? TigerCub
I've been with both circumcised and uncircumcised men. Sure a circumcised dick looks a bit nicer than an uncut one. But, Its all good Depends on who its attached to

MissJoness
Really? I don't think it's any harder to wash an uncirumcised dick than a vagina. Uncircumcised men are less likely to have good hygiene which is why they cut that extra skin off.

Eeyore79
I have to admit I prefer a circumcised penis; it's nicer to put in my mouth. I realize that circumcision means a loss of sensitivity for the man, and there can be other complications, etc... while I oppose the circumcision of small boys who aren't able to make their own decision, I nevertheless prefer an adult male who is circumcised. I guess that's something of a contradiction, but there you go.
TigerCub
But when you pull back the foreskin it's looks just the same as a circumcised dick no? yeah, when its hard it looks the same. To the person that said they smell bad - maybe you've had experiences with gross people that don't wash The uncut ones I've had experiences with, smell just fine, because those guys are clean. I can't imagine that it would be such a chore to pull back the foreskin and wash...

I always think that if I ever had a son, I wouldn't put him through a circumcision because it would be cruel to mutilate him, and especially to do something like that when he didn't even have a say in it. But then I think, well seems like a lot of women like cut vs. uncut, so maybe I should do it, so that he doesn't have to worry about that kinda thing when he's older... Its confusing trying to figure out what's best. But luckily I don't even have to cross that bridge - yet, if ever.
elaina
Alot of women seem to think not being circumcised is disgusting. Why? It's not natural to be circumcised and it can(not always though) lower the pleasure a man gets and even worse some small boys who get circumcised die in the process. I don't think it's disgusting, either circumcised or uncircumcised. My ex husband was uncircumcised, and my boyfriend has told me he is uncircumcised. I am fine either way. Obviously only a very small percentage die but it's still horrible that some do because their parents decided to circumcise them. I can understand choosing circumcision as an adult if you have medical complications which makes it neccesary, but circumcising small boys who can't say "no" because they can't even talk yet is just... sad.For Jewish Orthodox people, it is an identity, as well as obedience to God. Since I'm not Jewish Orthodox, it does not matter to me. For some people, obeying what they believe is true does not have a boundary of pain... For others, any tiny pain impedes them from whatever they want. As the saying goes, no pain no gain... for some people, this includes what they believe, not just exercise. Many Americans in the past were Christian, and there are still many Christians in the USA. Some Christians (not all) have adopted circumcision from Judaism. Also, many Jewish people who are American and Muslim people who are American are circumcised. This is normal in the USA, but there shouldn't be any discrimination or prejudice against any group of people, including both "sides" - men who are circumcised and men who aren't. Women are all different. You will find some who think circumcision is barbaric and shouldn't be legal, and you will find some who think it is fine, and you will find some who want to circumcise their male children, especially if it's a part of their belief or family tradition. Even though I don't have a problem with circumcision for medical reasons or belief, I would not circumcise my baby boy, unless there was a medical reason for it, because it is not part of my individual belief, but I don't have prejudice against those who do. Ruby Slippers
I was with one for 3 1/2 years. I prefer uncut. It's natural, the guy is much more sensitive, and I think the foreskin is fun to play with during sexual activities. He never had any hygiene problems. In fact, he was probably the most clean and hygienic guy of the bunch.

And since the women in Europe don't have a problem with uncircumcised men then why do American women have a problem with it? Exactly why is it so horrible not to be circumcised? Yes, I will have sex with uncircumcised men if I am in Europe and therefore I have no other option. Sex is much much better with American men because of the thing. Not every woman is into sex therefore the thing does not really matter for some women. It is horrible to me because of bad smell which a guy can not get rid no matter what. It is very tough to do oral on the smelly p....s. I would prefer to avoid it at all. Also, the uncut one looks unpleasant and women are visual. They can see the dirt in the foreskin. It looks appealing, sexy and handsome without foreskin. Also, an uncut male has more stamina and can last much longer.

It's not "they" that cut that extra skin off, a 1 year old can't perform a cirucumcision on himself. I suspect you're joking though. If not it's one of the most stupidest posts I've ever seen. Circumcision is extremley rare in Europe and very common in the U.S. and we just all know how much better Americans are at keeping their hygiene than Europeans
Jazzari
I'm totally against a man getting circumcised. There just isn't any reason for it. We no longer live in the dark ages where people didn't bathe and thought it would prevent masturbation. I think it's odd that people have no problem with male circumcision but think female circumcision is barbaric. (This is different from female mutilation) It involves cutting only the outer skin of the clitoris and not the removal of the external genitalia.

Yep, I believe(correct me if I'm wrong) that circumcision was orginally only intended to do just that... prevent masturbation and lower sexual pleasure for the man.

You just simply pull the foreskin back and wash it, thats what I do. I even think it's more difficult to wash a vagina than a unicrumcised penis, It seems that way anyway. Duckduckgoose
Hmm... I prefer circumcised. Just my opinion. I didn't used to mind I was even dating a guy that wasn't circumcised once. But after doing my clinicals and having to take care of men that were not circumcised and cleaning them every day... that gack up in there builds FAST and it STINKS. No amount of cleaning got rid of the smell. Clip that foreskin PLEASE!

And since the women in Europe don't have a problem with uncircumcised men then why do American women have a problem with it? Exactly why is it so horrible not to be circumcised? 1. It's not natural for women to die their hair, shave their bodies all over, get ear piercings, or wear make-up, but a lot of men won't date us unless we do those things and there are a lot of beauty treatments that are physically painful for women to endure. I remember as a 12 year old girl being told repeatedly "Beauty is pain" by many women, so saying that to a woman isn't a good argument. We are all aware of the fact that to be physically beautiful, we must suffer. 2. There's no proof whether or not it lowers or even increases the pleasure a man feels. There aren't really any good studies on it, so we have no idea either way how it is. Besides, men are known for finishing too quickly and for always being able to finish. I don't think they lack in the pleasure feeling department. Having a vagina on the other hand, it takes a lot of work to even get you aroused and even when you really want it sometimes you can't finish. Men still masturbate constantly and love sex and can't think about anything else when they are being pleasured even without that skin. I'd love to be that way if I could with my vagina, but that's not how it works. 3. A small percentage of people die from taking tylenol all the time, that doesn't mean its inherentally bad. Every medical procedure whether big or small people die from. -------- I'm not try to say everyone should be circumcised. I actually don't have a strong opinion on it. I think it's a gray area and up to the individual. I don't mind being with a guy who looks either way, but if he's uncircumcised then he better wash himself well down there every day. It's not the same as washing a vagina as some people tried to suggest because vaginas are actually self-cleaning. If you wash out the liquids that constantly flow out and clean the vagina constantly then you get infections. Uncircumcised penises are skin rubbing skin. Nothing is cleaning it out but you. My ex would have been fine with an uncircumcised penis because he was very clean. I know he would have taken care of it. My current boyfriend washes like once a week. Thank GOD he is circumcised. It smells a little bit sometimes sure, but I don't think anybody's genitalia is completley odorless. Seriously, it's easy to wash it. Maybe it's just that the ones that you think stink are slobs anyway. And how come only American women have a trouble with this? Women in the rest of the world doesn't seem to mind. Are you just extra sensetive and more prude than European women for example?
