Disagree. Love comes in all forms and in all ways. Romantic love can be an ingredient of sex but sex is not an ingredient of love. Sex is often an expression of love but love is only an expression of itself. Love is not habituation nor dependence. Love exists independent of all human imperfection and perversion. Love does not resent being soured by the various stages and parts of the human condition because it is LOVE.

The universe is not Godless, some people are. There are no true athiests because to acknowledge a newborn child, a heart attack victim brought back to life, the precision of the planets moving about the sun, a delicious dinner, a great movie, thousands of people coming together to aid disaster victims, and so much more is to acknowledge that, regardless of one's outward beliefs, there is more going on that just people applying at the patent office. God has no need to be recognized, prefers to be annoymous, and smiles when those athiests pray to Him in their darkest hours.

While the human imagination is capable of creating almost anything, love remains itself with or without that imagination. The lady who posted just prior turned away love because her imagination feared it would depart. If love is a creation of human imagination, so is generosity, kindness, respect and all other good things of the universe. If love is not a fact of nature, then why do the trees love us sufficiently to provide us with life-giving oxygen. Is it not us who do not love when we cut them down. If love is not a fact of nature, why do the heavens pour down water to cool us and give us life-giving water to drink. If nature is not love, why does it provide us with food from the sea and the earth so we can survive.

When we begin to doubt the loving goodness of nature, it provides droughts, massive forest fires, and other disasters to remind us that love, unacknowledged, unappreciated, or taken for granted, can disappear. But nature continues to love us unconditionally while we are being chastised, just like a loving parent. Those disasters beckon the love of those who come forward to risk their lives to protect us and provide for us during and after nature's disasters.

No matter how we feel about it, nature continues to love us in order that we may survive each day to be able to love in return.
