I have a formal event Sat evening. I have a tight dress. I would like to lose just 3 pounds. That's it. Please, need ideas.....

Do 45-60 minutes of aggressive cardio daily (like jogging, spinning, or martial arts) and drink 2 or 3 cups of green tea daily (appetite suppressant and weight loss aid)

 

And follow silvermane's advice--no junk food or fast food. That means no processed foods, no refined carbs (white bread, crackers, etc.), no high-sugar foods, and no added salt.
