Sugarkane Posted May 5, 2011 Share Posted May 5, 2011 I'm generally healthy, I take a yoghurt, fruit [eg apple, mandarin, pear], noodles and have a sandwich for lunch. I drink water aswell. But I hate eating the same thing each day. I don't have a long lunch, only half an hour. We also have a morning and afternoon tea. They are 15 minutes each. So I don't get that long to eat. How can I change it up a bit? There is also a venting machine in the tea room. It has potato chips and chocolate in it. Its hard not to get something from there. Link to post Share on other sites
