5 Things that you love about yourself.

#5 Last year I saved a red tailed hawk with a hurt wing. I kept it safe and gave it water and mice until it recovered itself as I was instructed by a wildlife expert. I also took in a cat with a damaged leg and gang-green. I took it into the vet and it had lots of infection. I had it put down, because they didn't think it could live through surgery. I'm proud that I have a connection with animals.

This is very sweet! Awhile ago my family found a bird who also had a hurt wing, it couldn't fly or move. We saved it from being dinner to a cat.

We made space for it, fed it and waited until it hraled. A few days later we let it back outside and it was able to fly away. :):bunny:

I want another go..

#1 I love animals....I would chase down and smack people that I see abuse an animal.

#2 I don't fall into fads like wearing my PJ bottoms in public and I love that I make fun of those people. I mean why not bring your snuggy bear and blanky with you also?

#3 I am not scared to walk through the woods at 2 A.M... with just a flashlight..I have a high tolerance for being spooked and I feel 100% content doing that and it's fun to listen to nature whilist so quiet.

#4 I read people well and accept many types of people and their sexuality/religion. I really don't care what you practice or preach.

I called the police and they gave me a number to a wildlife guy lol. I called him and he asked me if he was holding his wing out a little bit.. He was and the guy just tells me his wing isn't broke and to just keep him safe if I could and throw down some dead mice or something if I wanted.

Apparently these Hawks are very resilient to such injury and will fly away when they feel better and on day two..he did!

He sat on a tree across from my yard and kinda starred at me...I felt great man:D..... I was like +1 for my invite to Heaven lmao.

You did a great thing! No doubt that the hawk felt gratitude :)

I give you +100 for compassion. :)
